Documents required: (For single individual)
- Copy of Passport (front, last and stamped pages)
- Proof of Work Experience - Reference letter from employer, T4 slips, Notices of Assessment, Paystub for the working period, etc.
- Medical Certificate
- Digital Photo
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Proof of Education - Transcripts, Diploma, Program certification, etc.
- Proof of Language - CELPIP, IELTS, etc.
- Proof of Funds - Bank summary of all chequing, saving and investment accounts
Additional Documents if applicable
- Job Offer or LMIA
- Proof of Relative's Residence in Canada
- Proof of Relationship to the Relative in Canada

- Marriage Certificate [Original and Translated (if applicable)]
- Digital Photo
- Copy of Passport of Spouse - First page, Last page and stamped pages
- Police Clearance of Spouse
- Medical Certificate of Spouse
