Administered by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), the LMIA ensures compliance with criteria like fair wages and local hiring efforts, with details available on the official Canadian immigration website.




Home Childcare Provider / Home Support Worker Permit


Documents required: (For Employee:)


  • Proof of Language Proficiency - IELTS test report
  • Education Certificate with Canadian equivalency assessed.
  • Experience Certificate or Employer reference letters.
  • Income tax returns & pay Slips if available.
  • Police Clearance Certificate for all the Applicants.
  • Copy of passport with front, back & all stamped pages for all the applicants where travelled to other countries
  • Family Information Affidavit.
  • Birth Certificates for all the applicants
  • Marriage certificate
  • National IDs
  • 2 photos - 50mm x 70mm (for each family member)
  • Copy of most recent work permit (if you have been working in Canada).

Documents required: (For Employer:)


  • CRA business registration & Payroll Number
  • WCB enrollment / Clearance letter
  • Personal Notice of assessment for past 2 years
  • Job Letters from employer, Schedule 100 & 125 if self-employed.
  • Bank Statements for last 3 months.
  • Medical history of senior
  • Letter from doctor stating medical condition and Care required.
  • Proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent residence of Senior & Sponsors
